# 039 - some update...

omg, feel like i only have been working this month!
but yeah.. i also had fun with my friends..

i bought a new wintercoat =) and some basic black clothes for my work..
and spend alot of money on the public transport.. goshh..

Hope everyone enjoyed their chrstmas! well i didn't.. I've only been working these day.. i am so tired now.. but gonna hotpot with fam on newyears eve! soooo yummy in my tummy ^^

# 038 - my 2 last relaxing days...

Today i really have to enjoy my day off! but its not gonna happen :P. i have to keep my administration and do some cleaning stuff at home. i'm really not in the mood fot this week. haha.. usually i love December ( which sound like party and food to me) but not this time. everybody seem to be so busy. and i need to work 8 days from thursday on. blurrrr!!

why is time going so fast when you get older? when i was a kid i found the summer holliday like for ever.. "WOW 6 WEEKS OFF FROM SCHOOL" "YAAAAY". but now? 6 week is nothing. well luckly i have a job now. the time flies by when i am working. i still remember the days when i had no job, no money and still wanted to do nice things. which was actually impossible. heehee..

going to Amsterdam with Kitty tomorrow. I need to buy some new clothes for my work. and promised to model for her friend. so its gonna be a fun dayyyy ^^

# 036 - am soooo full... can't breathhhh

i went out for groceries and decided to buy ingredients to cook "boerenkool met worst". a typpical dutch dish i wanted to have for dinner. but when i was in the supermarket i got temptated by those chocolate letters.. archh... buttt... i had it all under control.. XD i didn't buy =P how ever i searched for my ingredients and add it in shopping trolley... but then i suddenly saw those boerenkool met worst-microwavemeal at the promotional products...

only 2 euro for a meal.. cheaper than if i made it myself.. blurr

sorry for this crappy post.. i just felt like to blog and didnt knew what to blog about haha =P

# 035 - fitting dresses

the last post was a bit sad, but sad in a good way i guess.. atleast i knew and understood my mistakes and trying to get right =). today i have something else to blog about! =P

so last week my sister texted me if i would like to join her to fit some wedding dresses!! ofcourse i wanted to join.. ohhh my gosh... she juse blew me awayyyy.... she looked amazing in those dresses!.. okay some were horrible :p but the first dress she tried on suits her soooo good.. lovin it!

unfortunately it was not allowed to take pictures.. or else i took some pictures to show you guys..

#034 - although i look big, yet i feel so tiny and small

i never really understood how people could stess about anything... why stress? just dont think about it.. just pretend there is nothing... if there is nothing then there is nothing to stress about. I've done that my whole life.. i was avoiding everything that would stress me out... it's only me, no space left for anything that would stress me out. so there was nothing i would stress about... i lived very happy, i smiled everyday... -for those who don't know..-

untill a year ago...

i got myself in problems.. cause i didnt wanted to take responsebility.. i just didnt do anything beside having fun and doing things i like.. i didnt wanted to talk about anything that would make me upset. i didnt wanted to let any others to know that i dont want to grow up,,, i want to live my life like a 16 years old.. i seriously didnt knew what i wanted to do with my life... i had an issue with myself

my sister tried to helped me with getting me where i should be... I haven't done a word what she told me to... i was so naïve and i still didnt wanted to take responsebility... i was frustrated and made many many people upset - sorry for that-

now you probably wonder why i suddenly tell you all this... that isbecause it reminds me about a tweet of someone... she said: "to become mature is to accept imperfection". And that is what i am trying to do..
people always say that i always only come up with happy stuff.. and hide my sad things. here i am telling the world how imperfect i am... and that i am working on it..

i always thought that i was good in hiding my feelings away... till some days ago.. some of my colleagues asked me if i was doing okay...

ahw well..

I'm doing fine =), except i have cut myself in my fingers >.<

# 033 - still alive

lol i havent blog so long that i even forgot my password.. O_o stupid stupid..
I am just too lazy to blog lately.. I haven't done much.. just the same...

soo, in the last few months i have been working... still in the sushibar... and i also have become a year older... I gave my turtles away.. cause i dont have time for them anymore.. ( george and dino.. I miss you guys so much.. T_T) I havent shop much.. since i dont have the money for it.. and besides that i dont want to waste so much money on things i already have..

i spend most of the time of the week in the sushibar.. so i dont need to get dressed.. hehe

how ever.. i am going to take a shower and clean up my room..
after that i am going to Amsterdam for a ride to bussum =)

AND YEAAAAHH.. gonna have sushi for lunch.... *yay*

# 030 - just some update

here i am, back in Hoorn.. I heard my cousin said that my dad broke his feet.. so i was so worried! thank god that my dad is doing fine... but a good thing! my sister is coming back tomorrow.. or actually today? it 2:16 AM when I'm typing this post. so basicly she is coming back tday.

yeah what the heck? it took me 2 hours to get home today...the train rails from Amsterdam to hoorn was underconstuction.. so i had to travel from amsterdam to Alkmaar, and there i had to wait 30 minutes so i can take the train to hoorn.. O_o i dislike the train so much.. blurrrrrr.. wanting a new car so bad at the moment.. buttt no money..lol no money no car huh? thats life.. anyway.. cut the crap..

what have i done lately? went to see the Hangover with Kitty ( thanks for the free ticket) I'm s lovin the movie. so hilarious. and my sister got a wang lee hom DVD for my colleque.. i think i will make her very happy with it... haha and that makes me happy.. yeah..am in a happy mood..

and another thing.. not really something to blog about.. lol but yeah.. i thought i gain weight since i moved to bussum.. but i lost 2,5 kg?!.. how great is that? XD

# 027 - discovered Cocktails

Since lora said there was NOOOO FREAKIN WAYYY that i have never tried cocktail...
that she was gonna to treat me on that!!

so we went to this place called "zussen"(?) I'm so sure anymore.. And ordered my first cocktail.

Lora ordered a StrawBerry-Kiss, and for me a Long Island Icetea..

which isn't my first choice by the way...

Cause first i wanted to try the pornstar martini.. but since i have "heard" ( or just seen on tvb) that the long island was a good one! i decided to order my frst long island icetea =D

I didn't liked lora's strawberry kiss.. it didnt felt like i was kissing a strawberry.. O_o

after talking, talking.. and moreee talking.. we saw the table next to us.. ordered some cute glasses cocktails.. hmm!! we were ashamed to ask ( but we did) what the table next to us ordered.. ( cause it looked soooo cute)

the waiter said it is call "the after dinner coffee" but unfortunately they didt have the regular glasses anymore.. so they have used some other glasses for us.. but i also like this one!

# 023 - Queensday

i really had a crappy day!! GggRr... Queensday?! My ass!!
Today I had to work in amsterdam.. yup at the museumplein.. And guess what?!
i was allow to leave about 8-ish... And i came home 22:30 orsomething?! it took me more than 2 hours te get home?

as many of you has notice. I dont come online often anymore.. and I dont update my blog daily... cause i am kinda busy lately.. But i am really glad.. cause my friends still fone me once a while... we should do something fun together =) weeee really should!

# 022 - let's eat some sushi 3 O'clock in the morning...

I stayed another day in Bussum, cause i think its better for me to go home on sunday. Yesterday I went to Pokee's Birthday... It was fun to see him again =) further i had fun with people that i dont know.. whaha..

when kickman and me went back, we suddenly felt like to eat something... so she made sushi to eat... 3 AM lol!! 1 portion of yakatori, some nigiri, ikura, shake maki and my fave Iso with tempura (fried shrimp hmmmmm~)

It was a very niceday~

Today I'm going home... ahhww.. cant wait to sleep in my own bed again... ^^

# 021 - living in Bussum

It isnt that bad to live in bussum as i thought it woud be. I have my own little room.. this room is so small as mine as home but I'm fine with it... =) I'm just missing my bed.. but i have everything what i need.. Tv, music (Ipod + speaker charging dock) and my laptop. but unfortunately the internet here is very slow... so cant watch some streaming vid. =( ..

I might come home late saturday. Cause i might go to pokee's bday party.. but i am not sure yet cause on the other hand.. i dont want be home at midnight ( and yeah i forgot my keywallet i dont want to wake anyone up)

# 018 - Jasmine, Thai Restaurant

yesterday I went to a thai restaurant in amsterdam. I have never been to this restaurant. first impression: small but okay, food is good not too spicy..
you know thai food is really spicy.. and i can't bare spicyfood -_-" its like burning my mouth away.. i dont know.. but i really liked the dishes. because it was not too spicy.. i still could enjoy the taste of the dishes and not burning my lips into weenie's lol

the more i think about it, the more happy i get...
I know i shouldnt be checkin' on that link so much.. but reading "that" makes me feel happy. it makes me feel that i moved on, that i am growing and getting more mature each day. (no i wont spend more money in a store to get exta credits on my card compared to some people... sigh*) altough there was someone who guessed i was 18 yesterday.. lol I didnt knew if i should take it as a compliment or not. but well.. yeah i think i should... which means i still look 20 when I'm 25 or 25 when i am 30.. lol sigh*

how ever, everything happens for a reason. so i am really happy with everything what happened to me before...( okay not exactly everything, but the best part of it) I've learned my lesson.. and i grow.. life is wonderful... dont you think? =)

My life isn't about designer bags, or expensive gadgets... i ever known someone who got it all.. what ever she wants, her parents will give her... but she was also the unhappiest girl i've ever met.. cause her family never really showed her love... this is a lesson for me ( or everyone out there) material stuffs are fun to have, but love from your family and friends are way more important to us in life..

Today I went to Kitty's to have dinner =) It was really fun to see her again. and very nice meeting Yoes. she prepared some salade and pasta. It was delicious... I'm glad she lives in Amsterdam now. that is not so far away from hoorn =)...

# 014 - missing the old sundays =(

The weather was so fine this week! but unfortunately i was very busy this week ( and the upcoming weeks, months, years.. lol) so i couldn't enjoy the nice weather.. but its okayy =) it makes me happy when i feel the sunlights are shining on my face when i am in the train. hehe.. nahh okayy i'm kidding.. hehe.. todayyyy... is familyday.. I actually miss the sundays when my parents were still running their chinese take out. it was like familyday, every sundayyy...

but now everybody seem to be so busy doing their own stuf.. -_-" and we are all on different days off.. My sister is in beijing, my mam is working in a chinese supermarket, my dad is gonna work in a chinese restaurant somewhere near Hoorn.. My brother is having his internship, working part time in a restaurant and having a gf lol.. and i am also gonna have a very busy schedule...

when my parents were running their take out, nomatter how busy we were.. we were together every sunday. working together as a team. I kinda miss that.. -_-" =( but it is okay.. I am glad for my parents that they have sold the takeOut and happy for everyone having time now to do their own stuff on sundays..

But like i said.. Its familyday! ( okay family not complete, since my sister is in not in the netherlands now, and her bf couldn't join us) we are going to yamcha~ ^^
with my parents, brother and his gf =) I am so looking forward to ittt!! ~~ I will take photo's and upload them on my blog ^^

I couldn't believe my ears.. -_-" I was sitting in the train.. and there were 2 ladies sitting next to me.. ( i think their age is about 45-48) they were talking about some random stuffs.

lady2: ohh right, yes yes...
lady1: lets see.. i have paid... 10, 20, 30,,, yeahh 30 euro for you...
And lady2 said: ohh right.. and I have paid the drinks, the entrance (blablablabla) so that makes 28,30 euro.. so i have to pay you 1,70 back... but i give you 2 euro, cause i dont have 1,70...
(shanshan thinking: OMG what are they talking about? 1,70?!)

# 011 - roasted duck with pancakes

look what my mam got us from the chinese supermarket where she is working at the moment. frozen roasted duck with pancakes and sauce! =) we used to order this at the taste of culture. in cantonese we call it: "phien phee ngaap"

This is not bad! =) and not expensive though ( my mam got it for only 5,75 euro) we like it =) now we can enjoy phien phee ngaap at home =) *yay* This has always been one of our faves... Now we only have to prepare. steam some pancakes and set the oven ^^ I love it

lately i love to take pictures again. capture everthing in life that is beautiful, capturing every moment that i am spending with my family and friends... memories stays for ever init? i haven't really use my digital camera for a while... and now i felt in love with my camera once again.. hehe.. here is my second fruit-pluche-phonestrap. but this time i made it okay. I've made some picture with mr. orange ( that i got from my cousin. Cat). hehe.. sorry for the bad quality pictures. cause the batt. of my cam was low, so i couldn't make any pictures.. i used a telephone to captured mr. apple and mr. orange ^^

It didn't took me a day to make one pluche now.. but still a couple hours. i still need to practice more.. one day i can make one in 30 minutes.. haha.. XD

few weeks ago i was watching beautiful cooking 1 on veoh. episode 11 is so funny with "pineapple fan" (Ada choi) and kary ng... It was so funny to see kary cooking.. haha she was like: "aaahhh whats happening?!?" while Ada looks like know what she was doing...

# 004 - Watermelon

Cat asked me for a walk in Hoorn city. cause she needed to get something. so i went with her... we were in town for like 3 hours!.. cause i didn't wanted to leave.. "let's walk more" I said. haha.. I actually told her i would do some exercise.. but i was not in mood when we were at my place.. cat was about to learn me how to make a fruit pluche phone strap...


And does my desk look messy? haha that's good. cause i was trying to make a look-I-worked-really-hard-picture. This picture makes me look so creative, which i am not.. haha.. this is the first time I make something like this.. and i am really not good at it.. I wanted to give up after everything goes wrong. I'm just not someone who should make things like this. but i didn't gave up!.. I wanted to finish my watermelon...


If you take a great look at it.. you can see a part of my watermelon. I was cleaning up, giving myself a break. cause i got really tired.. and it was getting dark.. =( It just take so much effort to make thisss.. boohh?! why i started? =P

And after many many many hours... i finished my first melon pluche whaha... it does looks weird? i know.. but it was my first time.. so i think i did okay for a first timer? whaha ( I always have many excuses hehe..)

# 003 - I found nemo

This time we went to NamTin for dinner. It was okay, not bad! we ordered things we use to order. roasted duck, lobster, koe lo yok, kaai laan, ho and.. hor fan.... Too bad my sister isn't here with us this time. she is in beijing. hope she's doing okay over there. eat well!!

kelvin saw that they got this aquarium, so i took a good look at it. so there was nemo! and i also saw dory and other fishes from the movie "finding nemo". after i have seen finding nemo, i really adore those fishes.. they are beautiful ^^

# 002 - a small update

I take my words back. haha the weather is not getting worse. the weather today is fine =) a bit windy but not raining, and sun is shining. so pretty good huh? I went out for a walk. everybody seem to be very busy so i just walked alone...

I try to move/exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Its going soso for so far =) tonight we're going to amsterdam to have dinner. to pre-celebrate my dad's birthday! This time we are going to NamTin. (not as usual, normally we go to the taste of culture... but most of you might know why we're not going to that restaurant anymore... actually i dont want to be remembered.. urgg) I forget how NamTin is for dinner...

I've been there a couple of time for dimsum. but I prefer Oriental city for yam cha. I like the food, the people, and the price is so so...

how ever, so I went outside for a walk. when i was almost home. i was trying to catch my keywallet in my bag. hehe.. i heard this karaoke-sound when i was about to open the door.....
yep... my dad was singing K again.. haha.. It's pretty annoying.. not that my dad can't sing. cause i think my dad sings better than i do ( but that doesnt says anything.. everybody sings better that i do.. ) noo really my dad's voice is okay =) but he always sings K at home on his day off.. and then i am hiding myself in my room again... cause i wont tell him to shut up. he is only free once in a week. so i think he deserves to do what ever he likes hehe..

# 001 - new blog. new start, new me !!

Hello!

here I am starting a new blog (again) haha this is my third blog. don't get me wrong.. I've been blogging for the last few years. i never let down this blogging thing. but I just wanted another linkadress. so here it is!

the name of this blog is based on what i have gone through in the last few weeks, months or maybe years? I've learned to think really deep before you make a decesion. cause there might be no turning backs.

Currently i am busy trying to change my way of lifestyle. some call it "diet" but i rather to call it healthy lifestyle? haha i don't know.. cause maybe i'm not really on diet. i still eat everything i feel like to... but 3 meals a day.. and some healthy snacks.. i am really bad at drinking water.. i am supposed to drink about 8 glasses of water each day.. but i never seem to reach it..

how ever..
I actually don't know why I keep blogging. cause I actually dont want others ( that i know, except my friends) to read my blog. yet i want to get many hits by other people that i dont know.. haha. But like there is anyone in this world (except my friends) is gonna read my blog? O_o... I just deleted my other blog. and also my hyves account (its like a dutch facebook). Now i am only using facebook. cause facebook only allow people to see your account if they're in your friendslist =). Cause don't you think we take those community sites too serious? i don't know. but i don't want to be a part of it.

the weather in holland is getting worse. and its such a pity =(. when the weather is getting worse.. my mood is going down as well.. haha.. and when the weather is getting better, my mood is raising up... i know i am such a weird person... maybe i should stop nagging and do some exercise...
